NCTF® Skin Booster Treatment in North West London
NCTF Skin Booster, Primrose Hill, London
As we age, skin can begin to look dull, dehydrated and less resilient. Environmental stressors, hormonal shifts and the natural decline of collagen and elastin all contribute to a gradual loss of radiance and structure. Sometimes skin just needs more than a moisturiser or serum can offer.
NCTF 135HA is an injectable skin booster designed to deeply revitalise tired or ageing skin. Rather than filling or freezing, this treatment works beneath the surface to hydrate, regenerate and improve skin quality from the inside out.
At our clinic in Belsize Park, North West London, we offer NCTF as part of our regenerative approach to skin health. Whether used on its own or combined with other treatments, it helps restore glow, firmness and long-term skin resilience.

What Is NCTF?
NCTF stands for New Cellular Treatment Factor. It is a powerful injectable cocktail of more than fifty active ingredients, including hyaluronic acid, amino acids, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
This unique polyrevitalisation formula is designed to:
-
Improve skin hydration at a deep level
-
Stimulate fibroblast activity and collagen production
-
Boost radiance and luminosity
-
Refine texture and reduce the appearance of fine lines
-
Strengthen skin elasticity and firmness
NCTF is not a filler and does not change the shape of your face. Instead, it acts like a supercharged skin treatment that supports regeneration and long-term skin health.

Who is NCTF for?
NCTF is suitable for both men and women looking to improve skin quality, particularly if you are starting to notice:
-
Dull or uneven skin tone
-
Dehydration that skincare is not improving
-
Fine lines or early signs of ageing
-
Loss of elasticity or firmness
-
Skin stress from travel, sun or lifestyle factors
It is also an excellent option for those who prefer a regenerative approach and want to keep skin looking fresh and youthful without adding volume or changing facial structure.
NCTF can be used on the face, neck, décolletage and hands.

Combining NCTF for enhanced results
NCTF is highly versatile and often used in combination with other regenerative treatments to maximise results.
It forms the foundation of Dr Marc’s signature regenerative cocktail, where it is combined with Polynucleotides for a powerful pro-healing and collagen-stimulating boost. This pairing supports cellular renewal, improves elasticity and leaves the skin visibly stronger, healthier and more luminous. You can explore this treatment on the Polynucleotides page.
NCTF can also be combined with Botox in a microdosed technique, sometimes referred to as Mesotox or Microtox. This advanced approach smooths fine lines, minimises pores and helps create a refined, glowing finish often referred to as glass skin. This treatment is especially popular before events or for those wanting a smooth, radiant complexion without heaviness or obvious change.

What to expect from treatment
Treatment begins with a consultation to assess your skin condition, goals and suitability for NCTF. We will talk through what to expect and create a personalised plan based on your skin’s needs.
The procedure itself takes around 30 minutes. Using a very fine needle or a mesotherapy technique, NCTF is placed just beneath the skin’s surface in tiny microinjections across the treatment area. The process is quick and well-tolerated, though you may feel light pinching or tingling as the solution is applied.
There may be some mild redness or small marks immediately after treatment, which usually settle within 24 to 48 hours. You can return to normal activities the same day.
For best results, a course of three to five sessions spaced two to three weeks apart is recommended, followed by maintenance every few months depending on your skin goals.
At Dr Marc Aesthetics, we take a holistic, full-face approach to rejuvenation.

Frequently Asked Questions
No. NCTF is a skin booster, not a volumising filler. It works to improve skin quality rather than add structure or change shape.
Many people notice a brighter, more hydrated look within a few days. Full results build gradually over the course of the treatment plan as collagen and elastin regeneration increase.
Results can last several months. With regular maintenance treatments, skin quality continues to improve and remains stable over time.
Discomfort is minimal. The injections are very superficial, and we can apply a numbing cream beforehand if needed. Most patients find the treatment comfortable and quick.
Yes. NCTF is often used alongside other aesthetic treatments such as microneedling, Botox, fillers or RF microneedling to support skin health as part of a more comprehensive plan.
